 1. Definition of Application Letter

    A job application letter is a letter written to a company when someone applies for a job. The letter is addressed to the part of the company that will select the application letter, usually the personnel department or Human Research and Development (HRD).


2. The Purpose of Application Letter

    The main purpose of a cover letter is to give the applicant an opportunity for an interview, it must be written well enough to attract the attention and the interest of the person who is interested in referring or granting it. Immediately, a cover letter can make the company interested in inviting us to the next stage of job recruitment, such as an interview or written test.




3.How To Write a Application Letter


  • Begin and end the letter appropriately
  • Give a clear reasonn for writting
  • Use linking words to join similiar ideas into paragraphs
  • Include a summary comment near the end of your letter
  • close your letter with a set phrase.
